HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-2 business days after purchase. If you are located in the United States or one of the regions where we have our distributors (Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom), the shipping time will range from 3 to a maximum of 7 business days, depending on the area. For those residing in other regions, the shipping time will be between 3 to 15 business days.

 

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

 

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

Orders from our store typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 21 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
